Regulatory Information

SouqGo GmbH operates an online marketplace connecting customers with Arab grocery stores in Germany. SouqGo itself does not sell goods; contracts are formed directly between customers and vendors.

However, per §§8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.
